Hello!
I’m Vesper Howie, an illustrator based in Louisville, KY.
I love making work that speaks to the weird and wonderful. My art comes from a love of storytelling: I grew up on folklore and comic books, and thanks to both, collaborative storytelling is my favorite way to create.
My art is character-driven and often centers a queer perspective.
When I’m not drawing, you can find me writing, playing roller derby, sewing, and managing a few D&D campaigns.
I graduated Indiana University Southeast in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a concentration in Digital and Interactive Media.

DAPHNE
Daphne is a 5-year-old black cat whose main goal in life is to thwart my happiness.
She is dearly loved despite the iron grip with which she rules our shared home.
